MaskenBall Hund Pre-Weathering is GO!!
Now with the waterslides added the Warbird Colorway for the MaskenBall is complete.
As you can see and for those of you familiar with the paint schemes we saw on the Bf-109 aircraft, I've sampled a few, distilled the basic graphic designs, and then transferred them onto the Hund. I've taken some care for it to be quite asymmetrical, yet retain an overall balance and hopefully remain aesthetically pleasing.
There's also some fun in working in a red-oxide primer as seen on vehicles of the time to help indicate that this is also a ground-based unit.
You can also see that I've blended in the thick Hasegawa Decals to blend into the paintwork nicely.
Next, weathering that will fit a ground-based robot begins!
