SHIPPING OPTIONS

STANDARD SHIPPING
For orders under $150 USD, we offer reliable standard shipping at a flat rate. Your package will be on its way to you in no time, safely packed and ready for its journey.

DISCOUNTED SHIPPING
We love it when you mix things up! Add any merch item, kit, or one of our books—like Vol. 2 "Luna Combat"—to your cart, and you'll qualify for discounted shipping. It's our way of saying thank you for exploring more of our collection.

FREE SHIPPING
Get ready for a treat! Spend over $150 USD, and your cart will automatically update to Free Shipping. No extra steps, no hidden fees—just a thank you for being such a valued customer.

GROUP ORDERS
Why not team up with friends and place a group order? This way, you can share the joy of Maschinen Krieger books, kits, and merch with your buddies and take advantage of our Free Shipping option. It's a win-win for everyone involved!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We’re more than happy to ship our books, kits, and merch overseas. While shipping rates and times may vary, our goal is to get your order to you as efficiently as possible. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any specific shipping concerns or needs.

WHY IS THE INITIAL SHIPPING PRICE DIFFERENT FROM THE FINAL CHECKOUT PRICE?

Our cart doesn’t know where you are until you tell it! Initially, it defaults to U.S. shipping rates because the majority of our customers are based in the U.S. Once you enter your delivery address, the cart will automatically update to reflect the accurate shipping rate for your location. For Australian customers, GST is automatically added to comply with local tax laws.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.

Note about Pre-Orders:
If your order contains a pre-order book or kit, we'll ship all items together once the pre-order item is available. Other items like merch may ship separately. Pre-orders will be clearly marked, so you can keep an eye out for when they're ready to ship. Additionally, we’ll update the status of pre-orders in our blog and send out updates in our newsletter to keep you informed.
