For orders under $199 USD, we offer reliable standard shipping at a flat rate. Your package will be on its way to you in no time, safely packed and ready for its journey.

We’re happy to ship worldwide! Shipping rates and times vary depending on your location. If you have specific shipping concerns, feel free to reach out.
WHY IS THE INITIAL SHIPPING PRICE DIFFERENT FROM THE FINAL CHECKOUT PRICE?
Our old cart doesn’t know where you are until you tell it! Initially, it defaults to U.S. shipping rates because most of our customers are based in the U.S. Once you enter your delivery address, the cart updates to reflect the correct shipping rate for your country. For Australian customers, GST is automatically added.
Our new shopping cart streamlines this for you, and I much prefer it.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your package is on its way.
Note about Pre-Orders: If your order contains a pre-order book or kit, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available. Other items, like merch, may ship separately. We update the blog and newsletter regularly with pre-order status updates.

Stay up to date on pre-orders and restocks! Once a book moves from pre-order to shipping, we process and pack orders in the sequence they were placed. Pre-orders are fulfilled first, followed by new orders. This ensures fairness for those who supported the project early.

FAQ - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. WHERE IS MY ORDER?
If you pre-ordered, your tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped. Fulfillment happens in the order pre-orders were placed, so please allow extra time during major releases.
For new orders placed after pre-orders, shipping starts after pre-orders are fulfilled. Tracking details will be sent as soon as your package is processed.

2. My tracking hasn’t updated in a while. What should I do?
Tracking updates can be delayed due to carrier processing times. If it's been over 10 days without movement, let me know, and I'll look into it.
3. How do pre-orders work?
Pre-orders are a bit more fortune-telling than science—manufacturing, shipping, and customs can all affect timelines. I always keep you updated via store announcements, emails, and social media when things change.
4. Why does shipping take time?
Your book doesn’t just magically appear in a box. Printing, packing, customs clearance, and international shipping all take time. I ship as efficiently as possible, but real-world logistics aren't instant.
5. Why don’t you sell through resellers?
Because resellers don’t love my books like I do. They just move products, while I care about the experience. Buying direct means no middlemen, better pricing, and guaranteed authenticity.
6. Do you ship to my country?
Most likely, yes! We ship worldwide. If you have trouble checking out, send me an email.
7. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email me ASAP at lincoln@paintonplastic.com.
8. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email me with photos of the damage, and I’ll take care of it.
9. Can I get a refund if my order is lost?
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, I’ll work with you on a solution—either a replacement or store credit.
10. How long will shipping take?
It depends on where you are, customs clearance, and carrier processing times. Once your order is shipped, your tracking number is the best way to check progress. I appreciate your patience!
