Vol. 3 HUND Cover Design: The Results Are In!

Hello friends,

After weeks of design work, community input, and a close vote, I’m thrilled to announce the final cover design for Vol. 3 HUND! Thanks to your thoughtful participation, Cover #2 emerged as the winner—by a very narrow margin.

To add even more weight to this decision, I had the privilege of discussing the designs with Kow Yokoyama Sensei himself, and he also chose #2 as his favorite. His insights have been invaluable throughout this process, and I deeply appreciate his perspective.

Kow Sensei noted that this design is strong overall and particularly likes the placement of the larger figure in front of the text—a detail that gives the cover an impactful, dynamic look. It’s always such a joy to collaborate with him on projects like this, and I’m sure you’ll agree that his involvement elevates the work to another level.

This process took a little longer than I initially planned, so I want to thank everyone for your patience. The extra time allowed us to refine the design, involve the community, and incorporate invaluable feedback from Kow Sensei. The result is a cover I’m incredibly proud of, and I can’t wait to see it in your hands!
