Operation "Yellow Submarine Rescue" is GO!!
Hi friends,
A quick share on an interesting development. A good friend from Melbourne came to the Canberra event and along with entering some really high spec models into the competition, brought news that they will consolidate the 2 Yellow Submarine stores is Akihabara, Tokyo back into the original in the Radio Kan building.
This amazing store still has a number of my models in their collection and I was planning to bring them home for updating and including in my publications. Just in case, we've reached out to our friend, the manager Takuma san and confirming which are mine so he can set them aside for me.
Phew, was a little worried... can you imagine if we hadn't heard and after more than a decade lost the chance to rescue them by a couple days!?!
I'd like to follow up on my commitment to Kow Yokoyama Sensei and show these older models, and compare them with news ones and how I might update them.
