Camel - Ready for Paint!
Heya folks, happy weekends!
Ma.K Camel ready for paint! Oh wow, this kit is quite a beast. Due to the closed in super wet weather I've pushed ahead with as nigh simple construction as I can and will figure it out as we go.
Tubes, pipes, and so on are all glued in place. I figure if that's how Kow Yokoyama Sensei likes to do it, I can do it too! We will find a way, right?
Immediately after finishing the photo session, I realized that I really should have included some Humbrols, for scale purposes of course. :D This thing is absolutely HUGE and easily the most complex of any Ma.K kit I've made so far. It's doable, just give yourself plenty of time, runway, and forgiveness before launching into one. We will support you, so no fear!
Now for painting... in my mind, I am seeing a beautiful hybrid airbrush/hand brush Luna pattern breaker camouflage paint scheme. Something that will tie my Lunadiver and Snakeye together with this project for a beautiful and nifty overall theme.
Fingers crossed I can pull it off!
