Warhammer Weathering Tutorial with Lincoln Wright
Heya Brobots!
Merry Christmas, happy holidays and Festivus for the Rest of Us from me to you and yours!
Weathering for Warhammer using scaled down, micro'd mecha finishing techniques.
In this video I take you through adding 2 different colours of chipping, streaks with water based acrylics and some strategies for adding realistic looking damage and weathering to your miniatures.
Hope you enjoy the video and find the tips of value!
If you have more questions or would like to ask for my modelling advice during our monthly Discord Voice Hangout - please join our Paint on Plastic Membership Community here and access our private Discord Server.
Next we'll have 2 shorter videos on painting and highlighting the off-black and experiments with the glow, Object Sourced Lighting effect on the lenses... including the wins and fails.
2019 is shaping up already, I have a bunch of really good models to finish up and share with you. Maschinen Krieger Rapoon, Ork Wazbom Blaster Jet, Macross Gerwalk and a Gundam Barbados Lupus all set to GO!
All the best and talk soon, how about we come back with a Discord Hangout to kick the year off, sometime around the weekend of Jan 12th? Pls let me know if that works for you.
